1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. SHIPPING CARRIERS

Trades Co Clothing Company LLC primarily ships orders using UPS. In limited circumstances, we may use alternate carriers at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.

3. SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all orders totaling $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
  • Orders under $75 will incur a standard shipping charge calculated at checkout.
  • Standard shipping delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location.

Express Shipping

  • Express shipping options are available at the customer’s expense.
  • Express shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • Orders must be placed before carrier cutoff times to qualify for expedited processing.

4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated.

5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to become active.

6. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Trades Co Clothing Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim delivery:

  • The customer may be responsible for reshipping fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

8. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Trades Co Clothing Company LLC is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assist with filing a claim and determining an appropriate resolution.

9. RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss for shipped items pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier, in accordance with the Michigan Uniform Commercial Code (MCL 440.2509), unless otherwise required by law.

10. HOLIDAYS & PEAK SEASONS

Shipping times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or peak shipping seasons. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.

11. POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.
