Are there limitations on what I can receive a refund or exchange for?
Yes, we only take returns on garments that were received damaged or defective.
How long do I have to submit my request?
Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item.
Is my request automatically approved once submitted?
No, someone must review your request and you will receive notice once it has been approved or denied.
Can I exchange my item for something different?
No, exchanges can only be made with the same item.
Can I receive my refund a different way than I made my payment?
No, refunds can only be credited back to the originally used form of payment.

Do not return your item until you have been approved for a refund/exchange. Returning your item does not automatically approve your request.
How long do I have to send my item back once approved?
Return/exchange garments must be post marked within 7 days of approval or exchange/refund will be forfeited.
